Really poor service personnel behind the phones!! What a waste of salary their getting if the answer you can only get is "well there's no point in discussing that now" after finding out that their staff gave me incorrect information about my passport delivery.

Well all in a day's work I suppose. God bless you Mr. Phone Operator from DFA megamall.

This need to be escalated. I also had a bad experienced and my cal has been passed on diffirent department.

After holding for nearly an hour, I was advised to call APO since that is the outsource company that handle online passport concern.

I am not against the president but DFA is thw worst government office in this country. Putting an old man as secretary is a shame.
